Three generations of one Lancaster County family
Don and Joyce Hershey started the company in 1964 from their home in Lancaster County, giving local farmers technical advice, service and installation. Within ten years they were selling poultry equipment and building turnkey houses, and in the mid-1980s they added grain handling and feed mill processing and began working in neighboring states.
The second generation, Mike and Doreen Dickson, and the third, Brad and Jeff Dickson, run the business today.
